8daa621528 delete added, more updates see below
- readme updates
- delete command added
- commands now saved in a map vs fields
- login and run now ensure config has been run to prevent errors

- moved mcr code to package
- added the save, run, and view commands
- commands can now be saved
- saved commands support placeholders
